Cancellation & Returns Policy
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can let us know and we will do the best possible to make sure that we do the needful to satisfy you.
We do a 100% replacement if there is any error in the delivery, stale products or damaged goods. The discretion is left to our quality team to decide whether or not any of the above may be considered in case to case basis.
All you need to do is give us a call on 95665 90665 or drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give a 100% replacement within 24 hours of registering the complaint.
If you are a regular customer, our relationship with you is more important and we would love to cancel or return any orders; however last call would be taken by our customer care team. The regular customers have a relationship manager number that they can use 24 x 7 for any issues.
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it.
